Simply Done Upholstery (SDU) is a family-owned business bringing the best in quality and service, while giving close attention to our customer's personal tastes and needs.

 

Sarah Strade, owner of SDU, started the business because she loved to work with her hands, and for years she channeled her creativity in sewing, upholstery, and furniture restoration projects. She had the opportunity to learn the skill and trade of upholstering from her in-laws (semi-retired upholsterers) as well as apprentice for a local upholstery shop. We are proud to be a part of several upholstery forums which allow us to share and gain inspiration from fellow upholsterers across the world.

 

SDU's goal is to bring life to the pieces that will enrich your space. Your home should be a reflection of your personality. Your office should be a reflection of your business. We take great pride in every piece we restore, and truly enjoy transforming those well-loved items into beautiful treasures. Today there are hundreds of colors and patterns of fabric, leather and vinyl to inspire you; check out a swatch book, browse any of our preferred fabric sites, or allow us to help you find the perfect pattern and color for your project. We truly believe that good upholstery and design doesn't have to be expensive and can advise on all budgets and styles.
